Late Night TV Series

Just finished watching a TV series show title, Tru Calling starrring Eliza Dushku. A good show, about this girl who has a gift of premonitions.
She studies medical and worked as a assistant at a town morgue. Usually she would dream of things before it actually happen. The dream would began as a sequence of events and lead to a dead person in the morgue, which the dead person who suddenly call her and say "Help me.." And her dream would fade and she woke up, it's her so called job to help that dead person from dying. Following back to how the person dies would in end save that person life. But there's always obstacles in her path from succeeding her mission.

It's kinda cool in away that in the show she could dream of something before it happened.
For my case, I think it's my job environment that makes me always dreaming about ambulance cases or something that related to ambulance job. My Dream would be like, going to a case, seeing someone about to jump down, and in my dream that person did jumped and miss the air bag.
Maybe I should pay attention to my dream, maybe I too can find a clue or a hint to what going to happen in reality.

A Day in a Life

The time is 5.12am, just finished reading the newspaper and read about an article about Blog, well I agree that Blogging does help to relieve stress, help a person to let out his thoughts into writing it down hence might be able to solve his/her own problems. I wanted to blog every incident that I've encounter. As they say if you can't use the computer to access the internet to blog, you can always think of other way to do it, like, emailing it via handphone :)

Currently work,so far only 2 ambulance cases for the night. Right now resting in my own domitory waiting for 8am to come. The skies are red, hopefully it doesn't rain. Lying down still smell of blood from the previous case. I had lost count
since when I didn't sleep at night. My friend said it not human not to sleep at night as we are a day creature,I explain that I did get my 8hr of sleep, its just that those 8hrs are during the day.Maybe there's a reason why I started not sleeping at night, maybe I started to enjoy the nightly enviroment, being alone.

The Trap

What would you do if you know that you're walking right into a trap? Would you, avoid the trap? Or just walk into it and be prepared to deal with the trap?

Come to think of it, life is just like the trap. Sometimes you know what going to happen in life, but somehow some ways that you just walked into it and deal with what's the consequences. Like a bad example if shoplifting, the person knows what will happen if he shoplift, he'll get caught. ( Same as the trap, he/she know that by walking that way he/she will fall into the trap ). The person thinks that what if he didn't get caught? He would be carrying away a valuable item. Soon after that he did shoplift, and just as he expected, he got caught red handed.

Although the person know that shoplift = getting caught. He still do it. Just like how I said it, if you know that you're walking right into a trap? Would you, avoid the trap? Or just walk into it and be prepared to deal with the trap? He walked right into the trap that he knows it's there, but he just did it and not prepared of the outcome. That's a fool who didn't think.

With that analyst, it makes me think that every moment you have to think and analyze the items surround you, knowing which is a trap, is there any conpiracy going on around you, anyone talking behind you. Although some of these things you can know what's been going on, but in the end, it will be like walking into the trap.

Handling it

One of the days when you feel lonly and seems that everyone is against you. Nothng that you do please them, all they see it that you did'nt do to what they want. They speak in harsh words, all making fun of you. Well that's what happening to me. I feel like bursting out, speak out and tell them how i feel like,

"Hey you, don't you think scolding me would make me better?"

or

"Are you trying to say that scolding me due to a fault of mine? or is it just because i did'nt do the way you wanted?"

Well some action i agree that it should be commented, but you can always say it nicely, what's wrong with saying it nicely? or Saying it more like a friend say like.. "hello friend, ..." "i think it should be done this way..." With those words it makes the littleless mistakes in your normal job life more easier to handle.

Now comes the Handling of the situation. How i cope with it? Sometimes words that are harsh to me, it does hurt my heart and my feelings. And sometimes i do feel that it really unfair that the one who's scolds someone is the one who actualy did'nt do a thing! They just sit there and watch, sees anything wrong and point out, WTF! If you think you're that good and you can do all the things right, you might as well do it. If you're soooo lazy and does'nt care of doing it, atleast just Shut Up!

Back to the topic of handling it. How i handle it? by treating yourself, do something that make yourself at ease. Like sit alone under the void deck eatting ice cream, have a few nice drinks alone at night, and last of all, lettng it out on a blog.

Chemical Reactions

Have you ever felt that feeling, when you've with someone, that feeling of connection.
Just like back in the old school days when there's a girl that sits right beside you next to your table. But strangely, there are some girls that are on that same class, you just treated her like a sister or like a old pal.

Why is it with some people of the same sex, you can get along with, and some people with the same sex you don't. Likewise, you will get along with some of the people of the opposite sex, but not other some other opposite sex. Is it something to do with what they call it "Chemistry" ?

It's the face that we see 1st that immediately connects us to that person. I know the answer, try finding out for yourself. Different people have different features, and similar features will get us connected with on another.

Planning

Everyday, people plan in order to et what they want. Things don't just fall together and form up to be just a coincidence, it actually all planned up. It's that shitty feeling that I feel when I found out something in life it's actually planned up, what worst is that I knew the plan, and I just let it happened. If I can, I can back fire their plan but, what the heck, I'm the type that go with the flow, you know, the type that don't mess with fate, if it's fated, then it shall be for a reason.

Example, like there's a guy name jack who is very good in his subject in school. There are some jealous student, with him in his class. Jack would score 98/100 or even 100/100 in all subjects, but these 3 jealous people only score 89/100 average. They have a nice plan, that if, Jack would be out of their way, the 3 of them would be so called top in the class without anyone beating the score.

So the 3 guys carried out their plan, during exam, they all accuse Jack of cheating. Bad enough the teacher wrote Jack's name down and ask him to meet at the principle office.

3 days later, the teacher called up the 3 guys which accused Jack of cheating. In the office, there stood Jack along with the Principle, in the end, the Principle gave the 3 guys a stern warning due to trying to fake Jack's cheating.

As you see, Jack knew the 3 guys are jealous, jack knew they going to do something to him, jack played along, and in the end back fire to the 3 guys that tried to topple Jack.

Insomnia

taken from the website
http://www.stanford.edu/~dement/insomnia.html

What is Insomnia?

Insomnia is difficulty in initiating and/or maintaining sleep. It is a term that is used often to indicate any and all stages and types of sleep loss. Insomnia is not a disorder, it is a symptom.

There are different kinds of insomnia:

Sleep Onset Insomnia (Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome): A disorder in which the major sleep episode is delayed in relation to the desired clock time that results in symptoms of sleep onset insomnia or difficulty in awakening at the desired time.

Idiopathic Insomnia: A lifelong inability to obtain adequate sleep that is presumably due to an abnormality of the neurological control of the sleep-wake system. The insomnia is long-standing, commonly beginning in early childhood, sometimes since birth.

Psychophysiological Insomnia: A disorder of somatized tension (conversion of anxiety into physical symptoms) and learned sleep-preventing association that results in a complaint of insomnia and associated decreased functioning during wakefulness.

Childhood Insomnia (Limit-Setting Sleep Disorder): Primarily a childhood disorder that is characterized by the inadequate enforcement of bedtimes by a caretaker with resultant stalling or refusal to go to bed at the appropriate time.
Another kind of insomnia that generally affects children is called Sleep-Onset Association Disorder. This disorder occurs when sleep onset is impaired by the absence of a certain object or set of circumstances, such as being held, rocked or nursed; television watching, radio listening, etc. ( Could be true for the Peanuts cartoon character Linus and his blanket?)

Food Allergy Insomnia: A disorder of initiating and maintaining sleep due to an allergic response to food allergens. It is typically associated with the introduction of a new food or drink, i.e., cow's milk.

Enviornmental Insomnia (Enviornmental Sleep Disorder): A sleep disturbance due to a disturbing enviornmental factor that causes a complaint of either insomnia or excessive sleepiness. (How about the garbage man or the leaf blower early in the morning!?)

Transient Insomnia (Adjustment Sleep Disorder): Represents sleep disturbance temporally related to acute stress, conflict or enviornmental change causing emotional agitation.

Periodic Insomnia (Non 24-Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome): Consists of a chronic (lasting a long time) steady pattern consisting of 1-2 hour daily delays in sleep onset and wake times in an individual living in society.

Altitude Insomnia: An acute (short and sharp course, not chronic) insomnia usually accompanied by headaches, loss of appetite, and fatigue, that occurs following ascent to high altitudes. (Unless you are a mountain climber or a mountain goat, this kind of insomnia won't apply)

Hypnotic-Dependency Insomnia (Hypnotic-Dependent Sleep Disorder): Characterized by insomnia or excessive sleepiness that is associated with tolerance to or withdrawal from hypnotic medications.

Stimulant-Dependent Sleep Disorder: Charcterized by a reduction of sleepiness or suppression of sleep by central stimulants, and resultant alterations in wakefulness following drug abstinence.

Alcohol-Dependent Insomnia (Alcohol-Dependent Sleep Disorder): Characterized by the assisted initiation of sleep onset by the sustained ingestion of alcohol that is used for its hypnotic effect.

Toxin-Induced Sleep Disorder: Characterized by either insomnia or excessive sleepiness produced by poisoning with heavy metals or organic toxins.
How is insomnia treated?

Each case of insomnia is tailored for that particular person's needs. Methods used for treatment include behavioral modification, following good sleep hygiene practices, light therapy, and occasionally medication is prescribed for a short period of time.

Words of poison that goes around

Just like animals, some animals are poisonous, some helps you, some accompany you, some even attack you, some just come to you because you brings them food.

People have those characteristics in them, that's why it's important to observe, but sometimes, it's just that instinct that let us know that this person is "safe" when it's around us.

Bad example is the poisonous words that people pass around. They would tell others that this person has this certain character, for example he/she would go around telling that this person has an intolerable character( like being lazy, boring, worthless, lousy). If those who actually believe it, then the his/her impression towards that person is there.
Never let other people words influence you on how to think towards another person, althought the fact is there, avoid having bad impression about a certain person.

Knowing vs Realizing

Which is better, knowing that something has happened or realizing that something that has happened?
Last two days, i knew others plans for that day. And i knew what will the end results. But, what made me hate it it's because when i realize that they did that way towards me. When good times comes, all be together, when bad times comes, it's on our own.
It's that heart that makes a person a good one or a bad one.

Example:
One day you when shopping, let's say you saw a nice shirt, and it's the color that you wanted, but only one of that shirt is left, you decided to buy it, when u realize that it has some kind of smell.
Would you buy it and take home to wash it, or just forget about it and look for other clothes.

Predictions

Have you ever thought that at that very split second that something will about to happen, and it actually happened as you expected?
is it predictions or in another case, you unknowingly know what the person is thinking, is it mind reading?

Idealogy : A person walks towards the door, what do you think will happen next?
Yes, he will open the door and walked out. It may be a simple example
but try on another example, you see someone rocks a chair, what could
happen next? The person will fall or will he continues rocking his chair?

If you can be more attentive in the things that surrounds you, more likely you know what's going to happen as they all have patterns. Things that leads to another things.

Dawn is just around the corner

This problem of mine, not sleeping at night has been since the past 10days ago. Maybe it's something that's in my mind or is it because i lost my favourite pillow. Whatever it is, i'm still not sleeping at night as i always do for the past 23years ago.

Some say depression can be the cause, some say good sleeping habits are not practiced. What worst is that right now i'm going off to work. Time now is 6.05am

Raging Fury by FrostDrone ( Demo )

The background sound is from the song title Raging Fury by FostDrone.
The chant like tones are inspired by the imagination of walking in a cold dark night, as cold night breeze blows in your face, not knowing what lies ahead of you, but knowing there's an end to the lonely night journey.

An Introduction

This is an interview with Me and Myself.

Q : Tell me more about yourself.

A : Well, spending most of my time spacing out, dreaming away, thinking, wondering and imagining. I do need a place to keep track of what i've been thinking about, what a good place than to Blog it.

Q : What's with the nick?

A : Since i entered the so called internet world, everyone has a nick name, well once my nick was Trancer, and changed it to Drone which stays for quite sometimes, use it while i played online games and LAN gaming. Recently 3 years ago i changed to FrostDrone, an additional to the Drone nick. Actually in fact before that i thought of Glazier, but then it just does'nt match me. For a few months i used FrostDrone but out of a moment a nick just pass my thoughts, it's GyrocTyne, well it has no meaning, just something that i thought about and it come to me. Through my own finding, Gyroc is actually some sort of thing that you associate with the sky or aerodynamic stuff, and Tyne is a name of a place, well what the heck, a unique nick that just come to my mind.

Q : Does spacing out has any benefits? I think it's a waste of time.

A : Actual fact it is a waste of time, but for example when i'm in the bus or in a long journey, it's good to think about stuff, makes your memory and thoughts moves.

Q : You mentioned that you liked to ponder and imagine stuff, that really does can affect your performance in your daily life.

A : Well, when it comes to work, it's work, and when things get so bored, escaping to your world of imagination and makes castles in the sky. :)

Q : Do you treat Blog as a dairy?

A : Not at all, i treat it more as a journal. People will in one way or another read this posts and information will be taken. As when i did this blog, i know that people will read it, so i'll post something to them that's worth the reading time :)

Q : So what if there is no anyone that is intrested in your posts. Is'nt posting into this Blog a waste of time?

A : Not at all, There is someone that reads my posts, Cause you are reading this.

Q : one last question, why is'nt there any pictures or any images to see? It would be good.

A : I'm working on it, but i still prefer words then images cause, my whole intention is information, if they are distracted by my pictures, then no reason to read.

Q : Atleast a picture of you, is'nt it too much?

A : :) I see about it.

Q : That's about enough for today, oops i ment for this morning, by the way, why are'nt you sleeping? it's 1.10am in the morning?

A : I'm sleeping during the day, and usually im awake from 6pm to 7am in the morning. Maybe it's my sleeping habits.

Sleepless but Tired

Been 10days, asleep during the day and awake at night.
Does sleeping actually makes you fresh?

Found out that i'll be fresh when i did'nt sleep, but the only disadvantage is that i'll be tired.
An example, it's like when you stay awake till 3am, and decided to take a nap, when u woke up let's say around 5am, you'll be all tired, eyes unable to open at all.

IDEALOGY : To stay fresh, always take your 8 hours of sleep, after that you can last up to 24 hours until you'll need hat 8 hours of sleep.

Equation : 8 hours of sleep + 16 hours of awake = 24 hours in a day.

This equation works on certain people, and if you sleep less, you tend to pay back what you owe which is taking naps inbetween hours.

Mental Agility : A B C

Every tried saying the ABCs backwards? Its really possible, but some would find it difficult, but some after learning the trick would find ...
