Mental Agility : A B C

Every tried saying the ABCs backwards? Its really possible, but some would find it difficult, but some after learning the trick would find it easy. Just like any knowledge, everyone can obtain it, but its a matter of how to obtain it. 

Below are just an example how to say the ABCs backwards from ZYX. The trick is to separate them in parts and then linking the parts together so that make sense. Its like a puzzle, you have to jumble them up 1st and then try to fit them together. Remembering things isn't always so straight forward, we have to an effort to it so it will stays in our mind longer.

Step 2 (creating images) : Note the following is just an example, create your own story or images linking to one another so that you remember better.

Zebra playing a Yoyo accidently hits a X. W cuts in halfs gets V. U Tee. SiR Q. PON. ML (water). KranJI. HuG. FEDeral. CBA.

I found out that when separating them, its important to try to cut it too small or too large. Just a moderate size so that its enough to create your desired image.

For me my 1st step would be dissecting the numbers into smaller chunks. Just like eating a Chicken, you need to cut it into different parts, the thighs, drumstick, wings etc.. Same goes for remembering things especially if you need to remember a long list of data.
Below is my version after i cut it in parts, the trick is to make them in a group that u can easily remember and linking from one group to another. Its like separating them and grouping them in a way that they are unique.

Step 3 (create a image) : Note below is just a guide. You remember better if you create your own images linking to one another.

when the age of 14 to 15 a 92 yr old lady likes to give high 5s with 6 then 3. and also she like 9s with 8 then 7. After that she look at the 3 and saw 2 then 8. She tired and sleeps on a 4 bed 6 pillow same each side with 2 in the middle. Near morning 33 she saw a boy with birth year 83 now age 27 and then will age 95.

For me i will look at the set of number, then dissecting it so it will make sense when i create the images. from there i will link from one image to another so that when i need to recall i just follow the path that leads to the next image. Remember, a clearer image and a reason for it to lead to another makes you remember.

Biography

If you have the time to write your own biography, ever wonder what it contains? Would the reader be someone close to you or someone a distance who is interested in your own work.
What left of us is our work of what we do, what we good at doing. To be remembered and hopefully to be followed by others. To inspire others to do the same cause what you have.

This is my personal Biography,

With the name GyrocTyne which defines as no direct meaning to the word itself. Derives from a mere random thought. Meaning to the name is compiles to understand thoroughly and intuitively and to communicate sympathetically. The elaboration of the meaning underlines the whole concept of the character which holds the name GyrocTyne. A meaning to a word which defines a character to a person who acted and believe in the meaning. With a good sense of listening and thinking skills which puts in good use through problems and preventing future problems. Some may seem to be prediction or some may seem just a mere devotion to reach the specific goal intended to achieve. Perhaps its just as simple as understanding the pattern of life, and understanding that probability always happens precisely if you know whats your probabilities are. Most liked characteristics are to Listen with full attention and to understand full meaning both internal and external. To foresee if your goals really going to be achieved, is as simple as checking yourself, do you really want it? If your mind is set. Then the goal is already been achieved.

Clever is the opposite of Stupid

A clever person is someone who's Brain is Fit.
Same as an athlete, a person who's physical body is Fit.
Using our brain to remember and to recall memories on a daily basis is part of how we train our brain.
As if we would like to keep our body fit and healthy, we need to exercise regularly and have proper diet. Same goes for the Brain, if you would like to have a fit mind, we need to start using it regularly. Any activities that makes us think, is a good way to exercise our brain.

The Mind

Learn how to use Soroban, a japanese version of the Abacus.
What most important about the Soroban or how it is use to calculate number operations, is that it actually does not help you calculate the answer but it just a kind of visual assitance to your numbers. The real calculations and number are actually stored in your mind.
Let me give you a brief example.

8 + 3 = ?

This is how it works. 8 is made up of 5 and 3. or which 8 is 2 less to get 10.
3 is made up of 2 and 1.
with these mental seperation of the numbers, you can see in your mind that u take 2 from "3". put it into "8" which makes 10 and add your balance of 1, which gives you the answer 11.

8 + 3 = 11

same goes for the idea that 6 is made up of 5 and 1.
9 is made up of 5 and 4.
With these break down of numbers you can easily form up your answer.

Critical Thinking

Critical Thinking - Is a mental process that evaluate and analyze the given information. It often uses Reasoning, Reliable Evidence, Possible Assumptions, Logic of explanation, Inferance of the information, and Clarity of Information, etc.

Critical Thinking is not to block other's speech or opinions that was given by them, but simply to help them if they are unsure of their own information.
To question what is given is good but to question every little step of what is given is kinda irritating or inappropriate. Bottom line is that one must not be gullible and accept every little facts for granted. Do some research on it before believing it 100%.

Critical Thinking is a Skill which means it has to learn and put to practice inorder to be good at it.

Critical Thinking is useful other than to question other regarding their given information but it also makes us more aware of our own output information that we usually give others.

Remember, Critical Thinkers aware of their own flaws and help others. Not to question other and assume that their way of thinking is wrong. Help other than have difficulty in sorting information together and give them clarity to the subject that they will then have a clearer view of the whole subject.
