Confidence

Just finished reading a book, one phrase that catches my attention,

"Too Obsessive in achieving successful results and fear of failure."

The opposite of this phrase is Confidence.

For example, in a game of football or soccer, if a player is too obsessive in winning, he will blame anyone who he thinks lacks in performance. If the opposite team scores, he would shout and gets angry, and order his team mates around to "play properly" and to stop fooling around.
If the player is in the other hand has a fear of loosing, h would lose hope fast. If the opposite team scores, he would be very worried, in his mind would says " Oh no! We will lose this game!" or "Looks like we're going to lose!" or "By the rate this goes, we're going home disappointed."
But what if a player has confidence in him, if the opposite team scores, in his mind would say "That a score from the opposite team, let score too." or when his own team scores, he wouldn't have the think of "Yes! We're winning! That wouldn't have the slightest chance as we're a good team!" but instead he would say in his mind "We have scored once, let's keep up the good work." Notice that he didn't think of Winning but instead, he maintain his performance through out the game, and when if the team does lost in the Match, he would say, "it's a great game! Enjoyed playing with them."

Confidence is very important in our lives, but some of us, know that it is important, but some doesn't even notice it when he/she doesn't have one.
